Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners. Experience using property management software, spreadsheets, and digital tools for tracking assets, work orders, and documentation.
